A chance view out the window had us spotting a big flatbed truck parked across the street this afternoon:


So what's under those tarps??




Holiday lights are here!


They were pulled off the truck:


and then carried off to be stored temporarily..



Assuming they'll go up within the next week (since Thanksgiving is next week) and our neighborhood will begin to look all festive again:

**UPDATE** Indeed they are holiday lights but not for 4th Street.. They'll start work in the next day or so I've been told.
